At AirRefrigerant, we process and ship most orders within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Processing Policy (Pacific Time – Los Angeles)• Monday–Thursday Orders: All orders placed during business hours will be shipped within 24 hours.
    • Monday orders → shipped by Tuesday
    • Tuesday orders → shipped by Wednesday
    • Wednesday orders → shipped by Thursday
    • Thursday orders → shipped by Friday

• Friday Orders: Our warehouse performs inventory checks every Friday. Orders will be shipped the following Monday.

• Weekend Orders (Saturday–Sunday): All orders will be processed and shipped on Monday.

• Orders placed after business hours (Monday–Thursday): Will be shipped the following business morning.

• Tracking Delay Notice: If FedEx or UPS tracking is not updated immediately, please allow up to 48 hours for the system to refresh.

Shipping Times and Methods

For orders containing 5 or more 25 lb. cylinders or large quantities, we use LTL freight services to ensure safe and legal delivery. All shipments are handled in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing the transport of hazardous materials.

Refrigerants are classified as hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), and we follow all necessary protocols for labeling, documentation, and carrier compliance. Buying from non-compliant sources can result in serious legal consequences, including fines and product seizure.

Hazmat Guidelines and Delivery Conditions

Due to Hazmat transport regulations, overnight or air shipment is not permitted. All refrigerants are shipped via ground transportation only. Residential deliveries do not require a signature. However, deliveries to commercial addresses require someone to be present for acceptance—packages will not be left unattended.

Shipping time estimates are approximate and may vary based on carrier performance. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order is processed, changes are difficult to accommodate due to our fast dispatch workflow and high order volumes.
